The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk away from Stockbridge and central Edinburgh. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby, making it easy to find something to eat or drink. the owner is very helpful and responsive, providing immediate assistance when there was a small problem with the apartment. the layout of the flat is well thought out and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Parking is not provided at the apartment and you have to pay for on-street parking.

Quiet atmosphere, ideal location close to a nice QUIET area with good amenities close by such as Tesco express and the main sights. Warm welcome from owner. Location close to everything.

I had such a great experience staying at Violet Bank Apartment. the location was perfect - close enough to downtown to easily walk there, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. the apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use, plus there were plenty of nearby grocery options. the owner was fantastic, giving us a warm welcome and being available for any questions or issues.

The noise from the trucks, cranes, and pile drivers started as early as 6.30am, which interrupted our sleep and made it difficult to relax in the living room. the sofa bed mattress in the apartment was in need of refurbishment, as we could feel every spring when we laid down on it.

The advertisement mentioned parking, but it turned out to be on-street parking that required payment. It would have been better if this information was clear from the start.
